These terms apply to your purchase and use of products from Two Keys ("we", "us"), operating as Two Keys. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to them.

What you are buying

You are buying a digital toolkit consisting of PDF documents, spreadsheet files, and written AI prompts. You receive these by download immediately after purchase.

Your license

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these files for your own personal use, and for the use of your immediate household. You may print the files for your own use, fill them in, and share a completed copy with your own attorney, mediator, therapist, or co-parent as part of managing your own situation.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files. You may not upload them to a file-sharing site or any public location. You may not use them, in whole or in part, to create a competing product, and you may not use our written content as training data or input for building a commercial product or service. We retain all copyright and ownership of the materials.

AI prompts

This kit includes prompts intended for use with third-party AI tools. You are responsible for having your own access to any AI tool you choose to use. We do not provide the AI tool itself and do not control it.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reading and reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you send, share, or rely on it. Anything you send is your message, sent by you.

No professional relationship

Purchasing or using these materials does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us. See our Disclaimer for more.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Shopify. Delivery is by digital download. All sales are final - see our Refund Policy

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any outcome in a legal, custody, or family law matter. The products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date shown at the top of this page.
